Designer and manufacturer of comprehensive public lighting solutions, the GROUPE RAGNI is a key partner for connected territories, supporting local authorities in their energy and environmental transition.
Founded in 1927 and now a mission-driven company, the parent company RAGNI is a family-owned business led by the fourth generation, specialising in grid-connected public lighting that combines artisanal know-how with industrial expertise.
Since 2015, the Group has expanded its expertise with the integration of NOVÉA ÉNERGIES, initially a specialist in autonomous public lighting, followed in 2022 by SEVⓔ—also a mission-driven company—which focuses on optimising local authority resources by connecting infrastructure.
In 2023, the acquisition of the HESS and VULKAN brands—German pioneers in design-led and functional public lighting—strengthened the Group’s European dimension and reaffirmed its industrial excellence. In 2024, LEC, a historic Lyon-based specialist in urban enhancement lighting and wayfinding, joined the family-owned company, followed by ECO-INNOV, an expert in energy-efficient illuminated bollards, further reinforcing the GROUPE RAGNI’s commitment to offering an ever more diverse and innovative range of solutions.
