Coastal path
The municipality of Matosinhos, north of Porto, sought to enhance its coastline while ensuring the safety of nighttime walkers. The coastal path wayfinding project, extending over 12 kilometres, is part of a gentle approach that respects the environment.
The solution selected was MATOSINHOS – 0320 fixtures, specially designed for the project and discreetly integrated into wooden posts along the route. Their light guides users without disturbing local wildlife or altering the natural beauty of the landscape.
A sustainable, subtle lighting solution that highlights the city’s commitment to the responsible development of its public spaces.
