In the Fréjus Road Tunnel, a dedicated lighting system has been implemented to enhance user safety, whether for pedestrians or drivers.

Amber 1810 – Savoie markers, spaced every 10 meters, delineate pedestrian pathways and ensure safe evacuation.

The same markers in blue, placed every 100 meters, are oriented toward motorists. They help visualize the required safe distance between vehicles, thereby improving traffic safety.
