Stavanger Footbridge

Stavanger (Norway)Safety

In Stavanger, Norway’s fourth-largest city, a heavily used footbridge leading to a Viking tourist site now benefits from discreet, efficient lighting thanks to a 44-metre handrail.

In this saline environment exposed to extreme weather conditions, the city required a solution that was reliable, durable, and resistant. LEC met this challenge with a bespoke stainless-steel solution, integrating lighting directly into the handrail to ensure user safety and seamless integration into the surroundings.
