Our IP (Ingress Protection) tests assess resistance to dust and water, ensuring perfect suitability for the most demanding outdoor environments. Beyond the design of perfectly sealed housings and gaskets, we have developed an innovative proprietary process to prevent water from rising through the power supply cables.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>This unique break system guarantees:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perfect sealing within the luminaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extended lifespan of the installations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimal installation in recessed or outdoor applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>LEC has implemented a unique process designed to eliminate the \u201cpumping effect\u201d within the cable, which is responsible for moisture rising into luminaires. While the NF C 17-200 standard only requires sealing of the cable sheath, LEC has gone further by first developing a break system that blocks gaseous or liquid flow between the sheath and the conductors, as well as between the strands of flexible multi-core wires.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>Today, this solution has evolved into an innovative membrane that naturally balances air pressure within the luminaire, ensuring greater stability and permanently eliminating the pumping effect.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>This internal blocking system guarantees optimal protection against ingress, even under installation conditions where watertightness could otherwise be compromised.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span>Realistic simulations for a fully controlled project<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>Our teams create precise simulations to visualise the final outcome before installation.
