masterpiece by Rudy Ricciotti, the MuCEM (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations) rises as a \u201cbuilding of stone, water and wind,\u201d in the words of its architect.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>At nightfall, this sculpted monolith becomes a magical beacon shimmering in green and blue, brought to life by the lighting concept imagined by Yann Kersal\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>The lace-like concrete skin is bathed in shifting light thanks to a series of customised bi-colour (blue\u2013green) projectors carefully positioned across the structure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>Other elements of the building are subtly illuminated:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The footbridge, lit from below by BELVAL \u2013 5631 units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The terrace, dotted with BORDEAUX \u2013 1530 recessed mini-markers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The moats, also highlighted by BELVAL \u2013 5631 linear fixtures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>A dreamlike lighting scheme, perfectly aligned with the site\u2019s strong Mediterranean identity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
