Built in the 16th century under Fran\u00e7ois I, it stands at the heart of the Loire Valley, delicately set on an island in the Indre River.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-xl-10 offset-xl-1 paragraph\">\n<p>As part of the site\u2019s comprehensive restoration, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux sought to revive the ch\u00e2teau\u2019s full architectural nobility through an elegant lighting scheme, faithful to its daytime silhouette while revealing its timeless character.<br>Lighting designer Noctabene conceived a \u201cnew nocturnal narrative\u201d: a subtle enhancement that highlights the finesse of the sculpted ornamentation, the architectural curves, and the poetic reflection of the building in the water.
